ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
			Brian Vander Kooy, M.A. ed. * Masters in Education with a focus in Second Language Acquisition. * B.A. in secondary Spanish and English Education. * Certified Spanish and Bilingual teacher. * Many years of experience teaching language (including in the Spanish bilingual   classroom and at the college level). * Lived and taught for many years in Mexico. * Traveled extensively in Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula. * Studied in several Latin American countries including Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Ecuador. *Certified snowboard instructor * Avid surfer. * Has owned a residence in Puerto Escondido for over a decade.
